Product Features

1.The device features a detachable 15-inch or larger color LCD touchscreen display. The screen panel can be adjusted to any angle according to user preferences, effectively reducing eye strain.
2. The working cylinder is equipped with a magnetic stirring rotor, which accelerates molecular flow in the reagents through magnetic stirring, thereby enhancing the contact efficiency between the reagents and tissues, and improving the dehydration efficiency and process.
3. Reagent management system, which allows setting the tissue processing quantity and valid usage times for each reagent, with pop-up alerts for exceeding the threshold.
4. The cylinder body is equipped with six segmented photoelectric liquid level detection sensors, which can closely monitor the reagent status and serve as mutual backups, ensuring that a single failure does not affect operational performance. (Ultrasonic sensors are excluded)

Functional Characteristics

1.Organoid
For 22 samples, the dual-tissue processing chamber can be used for separate dehydration procedures of large and small tissues. With a capacity of 24.5L, it can process 2450 tissue samples per session.
2.Candle Holder
Features a drawer-style design with 24 built-in compartments, each with a capacity of 24.5L. Operating temperature: 25°C to 65°C.
3.Reagent Bottle Built-in >16 reagent cartridges.
4. Liquid Control System
The special ceramic material is used to make the multi-directional rotary valve,which can resist paraffin condensation and avoid the pipeline blockage.
5. Complete Detection Reagent Concentration
It can monitor the concentration changes of formalin, alcohol,and xylene in the reagent bucket in real time, with numerical values displayed on the software.This ensures the stability of dehydration effects while also alerting users to reagent replacement.

Functional Features

  • Dual-redundancy design for critical systems, including the gas circuit, heating, and temperature measurement systems. If any component fails, the system automatically switches to the backup component to ensure the tissue processing cycle is completed.
  • The tissue processor chamber lid features an independent computer-controlled temperature system, effectively reducing reagent condensation and preventing condensate from entering the gas circuit. The lid heating temperature range is room temperature to 70°C.
  • The bottom of the tissue processing chamber features a 5° inclined design to ensure smooth liquid drainage and reduce reagent residue. The liquid outlet adopts a raised hemispherical grid design for effective filtration, preventing residue from flowing back and clogging the pipeline.
  • The processing chamber lid and paraffin wax chamber lid are made of anodized aluminum alloy rather than marble, offering excellent antibacterial, wear-resistant, and corrosion-resistant properties. They are also less prone to reagent adhesion, making them easy to clean.
  • The chamber lid lock adopts a mechanical buckle design with fewer motorized components, resulting in a lower failure rate and reduced maintenance costs. Combined with a high-temperature- and corrosion-resistant sealing ring, it ensures stable airtightness inside the chamber.
  • The reagent storage area features a semi-transparent design and magnetic doors, ensuring convenient opening and closing as well as secure closure.
  • Reagent compartment background lighting allows users to clearly observe reagent filling and usage status. A red indicator light alerts users when a reagent container connection is abnormal.
  • Built-in backup UPS power supply automatically switches on in the event of a power outage.
  • Remote alarm and fault notifications can be sent via SMS, telephone, or email, allowing users to receive alerts and fault information remotely.
