A Bustling Booth: Engaging with Countless Professionals
Recently, the 52nd Annual National Society for Histotechnology (NSH) Symposium/Convention—the most influential annual event in the North American histology field—was held in San Antonio.
Following our successful engagement with European pathology peers in Stockholm this past September, we brought the independent R&D strength of Chinese pathology equipment directly to the technical experts in North America.
Adopting a streamlined and focused approach for NSH, Xiuwei centered its presence at Booth 116 on the core steps of the histopathology workflow, showcasing key equipment for embedding, sectioning, labeling, and flotation/drying. Throughout the event, our booth maintained a steady rhythm of in-depth technical discussions with attendees.
Focused on Core Histology Processes
At NSH, Xiuwei highlighted four flagship devices designed to optimize laboratory efficiency and precision:
Semi-Automatic Rotary Microtome (XW-CU1200):
Featuring a 9-point quick-lock system, dual-guide damping for stability, and an ergonomic flywheel design to reduce fatigue during long-term operation. It delivers uniform and stable continuous sections, making it a high-frequency, essential model for overseas labs.
Thermal Transfer Ribbon Slide Printer:
Offers crisp, clear printing with a compact body that can be conveniently placed directly on the microtome, streamlining the labeling process.
Illuminated Slide Floatation & Drying Oven (All-in-One):
Integrates flotation and drying functions with uniform and stable temperature control. The built-in light source ensures technicians can see clearly during the section flattening process, reducing manual wrinkles and guaranteeing slide quality.
Multi-function Tissue Embedding Center:
Equipped with a fully automatic program for preset start/stop times. Features efficient gravity wax recycling to save wax and prevent leaks. It includes dual independent warming wells, a touch screen interface, a built-in trimmer, foot pedal control, wax flow adjustment, and overhead lighting for a convenient and worry-free embedding experience.
From "Cost-Effective" to a Mainstay on Selection Lists for High-End Labs
From the pathology departments of top-tier tertiary hospitals in China to the European Congress of Pathology and now to this premier North American event, Xiuwei’s answer remains consistent:
Chinese pathology equipment is no longer just a "cost-effective alternative." Leveraging self-developed technology, comprehensive product lines, and robust delivery capabilities, we are entering the selection lists of high-end pathology laboratories across the globe.
